LAUREL INFORMATION
Laurel Grocery Company was founded in 1922 by the Griffin and Chesnut families who currently maintain 100% ownership in the Company.
Bruce Chesnut is Chairman of the Board, and Winston Griffin serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and in-house Counsel. Both are third generation family members involved in the business.
Dennis Butler, the current President, is active in attending to the day-to-day operations of the Company.
Laurel Grocery Company is located in London, Kentucky which is 70 miles south of Lexington, Kentucky and 90 miles north of Knoxville, Tennessee. We serve stores in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Illinois.
