At the grand reopening event at Liberty IGA in Liberty, Kentucky, the ribbon is cut by store owners Rick Davis and Scott Blair; also attending were representatives from the store’s wholesaler, Laurel Grocery Co.: President David Pearson and CEO Winston Griffin.
